828f08b0e2 sweep all java ports with a couple of adjustments to build/dependency 
environment, which will reduce complexity in java.port.mk when jdk 11 is
added. direction agreed with kurt@.

- switch all MODJAVA_VER to at least 1.8 (we don't currently have any
version earlier than this anyway).

- drop MODJAVA_JRERUN, the separate jre package will be going away with
jdk 11.

- bump changed ports

b2ed5ce4ce switch to the java port of pdftk, rather than the special c++/java 
combo that only works using gcj.

518a7e69b1 the java in pdftk wants a matching C++, so this will remain a user of gcc4. 
Zap include paths that are obviously no longer necessary, since they've
never been updated and nothing broke

cc5bc426ed switch everything to new COMPILER idiom, even stuff that won't build with clang 
yet, but at least that part is done.

fcf0644613 import ports/textproc/pdftk, from maintainer Christopher Zimmermann 
with tweaks from myself and landry@. ok landry@

If PDF is electronic paper, then pdftk is an electronic staple-remover,
hole-punch, binder, secret-decoder-ring, and X-Ray-glasses.  Pdftk is a
simple tool for doing everyday things with PDF documents.  Use it to:

* Merge and/or split PDF Documents
* Rotate PDF Documents or Pages
* Decrypt/Encrypt PDF Documents
* Fill PDF Forms with X/FDF Data and/or Flatten Forms
* Apply a Background Watermark or a Foreground Stamp
* Report or update PDF Metrics such as Metadata and Bookmarks
* Attach Files to PDF Pages or the PDF Document
* Unpack PDF Attachments
* Uncompress and Re-Compress Page Streams
* Repair Corrupted PDF (Where Possible)
