Remove modemlights and quicklauncher from xfce-extras, they're dead
...
upstream since years, and depend on the deprecated libxfcegui4.
While here remove the alternative to use notification-daemon-xfce
instead of xfce4-notifyd, the latter is maintained,
notification-daemon-xfce is dead since years.

Bump to Xfce 4.12..

This should conclude the 4.12 update which we released two weeks ago.

Make xfce depend on gtk3-xfce-engine since gtk3 applications look horrid
...
without it. While here, recommend sysutils/toad instead of hotplugd(8) for
auto-mount in xfce's README. toad just works, without additional scripting.

- how to configure/use consolekit/policykit for shutdown/reboot (or,
still fallback to sudo as it is now)
- how to configure the screensaver if xscreensaver or gnome-screensaver
is installed
- how to use xfpm for power management/suspend from logout dialog.
