e23c8a5f22 Fix aspell test. Aspell is required for koffice anyways, so this doesn't 
change the CD list.
Compile with cups support. If cups is not installed, printing still works.
Add OpenEXR support.

b41fff65ed Import of passwdqc: 
passwdqc is a plugin password strength checker for OpenBSD's
/usr/bin/passwd. It is basically a thin wrapper around Solar
Designer's excellent password complexity checking code from
pam_passwdqc. It allows more control over password quality
enforcement than the built-in checks in passwd(1).

182d8ff4d8 tear down the ssh master session only after killing all node sessions 
this solves the problem of ports being marked "built" after the node
building it was lost

10e9652ca4 do setup_handlers AFTER creating theKProcessController, so that if 
the childhandler is called right away, it will not crash.
Fixes kded crashes on start.

5ce204e36b Import drac 1.12 
DRAC (Dynamic Relay Authorization Control) is a daemon that dynamically
updates a relay authorization map for sendmail. It provides a way to
allow legitimate users to relay mail through an SMTP server, while still
preventing others from using it as a spam relay. User's IP addresses are
added to the map immediately after they have authenticated to the POP or
IMAP server. By default, map entries expire after 30 minutes, but can be
renewed by additional authentication. Periodically checking mail on a
POP server is sufficient to do this. The POP and SMTP servers can be on
different hosts.
