d9dc61d57d this is actually one case where SUBST_VAR shouldn't be used, as the end-user
won't have the same infrastructure as ports builder...

100f0c7870 SUBDIR += is wrong: it means the makefile will pick up SUBDIR from env, thus
breaking cd /usr/ports && SUBDIR=some/path make something for
category makefiles. While there, also put spaces around += uniformously.

911bcc2ef9 Add an explicit BUILD_DEPENDS on bzip2; EXTRACT_ONLY is deliberately
blanked, so bsd.port.mk doesn't automatically add the dependency.

79fe9efdfd switch to new style PLISTS, using @lib, ditching DYNLIBDIR.
Replace two INSTALL scripts with @sample.
Reorder plists to match auto-generation, add comments for files that
don't get installed.
