Update to burp-2.2 which can listen on IPv4 and IPv6 sockets.

The server configuration changed so keep 2.1.x around for now.

stop @sample'ing share/examples/burp/clientconfdir/testclient into
...
/etc/burp/clientconfdir, it has a hardcoded password, spotted by florian@.
clean up some other @sample problems while there.

update to burp-2.1.28.

oldserver+newclient is not supported, so retain 2.0.54 by splitting
into 2.0 and 2.1 subdirecties and using "@option is-branch".
based on a submission from jirib at devio.us, i twweaked it quite a bit though

Ensure _burp user can read its certificate at startup. The ownership

might have been reset to root if a client was started on the machine as
root... as is the expected way of running it from cron.

Import burp 2.0.54.

Burp is a network backup and restore program. It attempts to reduce
network traffic and the amount of space that is used by each backup,
and uses VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) to make snapshots when
backing up Windows computers.
