42ec039af8 Switch ghc and hs-ports from @exec/@unexec to @define-tag/@tag.
ghc and the hs-packages now simply include the necessary (haskell)
package description files in lib/ghc/package.conf.d and update the
package.cache by running ghc-pkg recache at the end. register and
unregister scripts are no longer needed.

60060e9cb0 In mathematics, a semigroup is an algebraic structure consisting
of a set together with an associative binary operation. A semigroup
generalizes a monoid in that there might not exist an identity
element. It also (originally) generalized a group (a monoid with
all inverses) to a type where every element did not have to have
an inverse, thus the name semigroup.
