3cbe1c2f30 Reverse the polarity of MODPY_VERSION; default is now 3.x, 
if a port needs 2.x then set MODPY_VERSION=${MODPY_DEFAULT_VERSION_2}.

This commit doesn't change any versions currently used; it may be that
some ports have MODPY_DEFAULT_VERSION_2 but don't require it, those
should be cleaned up in the course of updating ports where possible.

Python module ports providing py3-* packages should still use
FLAVOR=python3 so that we don't have a mixture of dependencies some
using ${MODPY_FLAVOR} and others not.

72e1a3b5e0 take a break from doing this in alphabetic order and sync WANTLIB in some 
python things, with a lovely boost_python${MODPY_MAJOR_VERSION:M3}-mt in there.

9f60a277bb remove dreadful ${MODPY_RUN_DEPENDS:S/python/python-bsddb/} constructs now 
we have PKGSPEC for Python and can do this properly.

38f79919bf - add missing pyexpat FLAVOR fragment in PLIST 
- install egg-info file so that we don't end up with errors like
"pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: PyXML..." when using some apps that
need this module
