export can still be done using the pixbuf exporter; req. by deraadt@
The whole cairo exporter is not disabled since the other exporters (SVG,
PDF) work fine.
While here, clean up the port a bit.

- enable cairo backend now that it is stable; there is still a small
bug wrt printing uml classes which is beeing investigated.
Tested for several weeks.
