zap default spec that are not needed
convert libspecs as well

77cb13ec7a Remove pthread support again which sneaked in with the last update.
Mutt header caching with a qdbm backend doesn't work with a pthread qdbm.
All dependent ports are are not using pthread support.

Reported by TAKAHASHI Tamotsu.
