b1ae28d539 trafd 3.0.1
trafd is a superset of trafshow, and extends it by adding a daemon
which collects data about network connections (src, dst, protocol
and length). The resulting data can be dumped to a file for later
processing.

39e4e5d20d ARP level ping utility
Broadcasts a who-has ARP packet on the network and prints answers. Very
useful when you are trying to pick an unused IP for a net that you don't
yet have routing to.

f0467691a8 Bump to release 2.4.6.
- change ftp site to a non-australian site.
- add `recovery site' for old versions.

rsync 2.4.6 fixes a long-standing half-bug, where the writer would sit
in a tight loop if the outgoing connection was slow, chewing all cpu.

880a2f8a14 - substiture SYSCONFDIR into DEINSTALL/INSTALL
- using FAKE means you don't have to remove files/dirs durring install
that you do not want in the package, just don't include them in the PLIST
- unconditionally show DEINSTALL message, just because SYSCONFDIR has been
removed doesn't mean that LOG_DIR has too
- ${FOO} -> $FOO and add $SAMPLE_CONFIG_DIR to INSTALL script
