More fixes before import.
...
- --without-stuff -> --disable-stuff where needed
- replace /var and /etc with LOCALSTATEDIR and SYSCONFDIR
- add "OpenBSD" cvs tag to knot.rc
The two latter nits were pointed out by portcheck(1).
