Remove SHARED_ONLY from all CPAN Perl ports and the cpan and perl MODULES.
...
Add WANTLIB+=perl and PKG_ARCH=* as appropriate.

import p5-HTML-FormatText-WithLinks
...
HTML::FormatText::WithLinks takes HTML and turns it into plain text but
prints all the links in the HTML as footnotes. By default it attempts
to mimic the format of the lynx(1) -dump option.
