7cff876547 SECURITY update to Crypt::CBC 2.17
Versions of this module prior to 2.17 were incorrectly
using 8 byte IVs when generating the old-style RandomIV style header
(as opposed to the new-style random salt header). This affects data
encrypted using the Rijndael algorithm, which has a 16 byte blocksize,
and is a significant security issue.

The bug has been corrected in versions 2.17 and higher by making it
impossible to use 16-byte block ciphers with RandomIV headers. You may
still read legacy encrypted data by explicitly passing the
-insecure_legacy_decrypt option to Crypt::CBC->new().

771e8d8886 security update to gnupg-1.4.2.2
from gnupg.org:
Signature verification of non-detached signatures may give a positive
result but when extracting the signed data, this data may be prepended
or appended with extra data not covered by the signature. Thus it is
possible for an attacker to take any signed message and inject extra
arbitrary data.

04c4c5f7e5 security update to 1.4.2.1
The security issue is caused due to "gpgv" exiting with a return code
of 0 even if the detached signature file did not carry any signature.
This may result in certain scripts that use "gpgv" to conclude that
the signature is correctly verified.

OpenSC provides a set of libraries and utilities to access smart cards.
Its main focus is on cards that support cryptographic operations, and
facilitate their use in security applications such as mail encryption,
authentication, and digital signature. OpenSC implements the PKCS#11 API
so applications supporting this API such as Mozilla Firefox and
Thunderbird can use it. OpenSC implements the PKCS#15 standard and aims
to be compatible with every software that does so, too.

OpenCT implements drivers for several smart card readers. It comes as
driver in ifdhandler format for PC/SC-Lite, as CT-API driver, or as a
small and lean middleware, so applications can use it with minimal
overhead. OpenCT also has a primitive mechanism to export smart card
readers to remote machines via tcp/ip.

f1e7eab840 those packages have not changed names since 3.6, even though their
packing-lists was changes in significant ways, and they do not have
enough dependencies that pkg_add can detect they changed through their
signature.

Bump the pkgname, so that pkg_add -r will choose to update them.

f90faf868a conflicts from the past: history since 3.7.
As noted on ports@ recently, pkg_add -r relies on conflicts, and the
sheer existence of updates means we MUST take the past into account in
conflicts now.

Note the renaming of hugs98 to valid package names where versions are
concerned.

This commit shows clearly the renaming of the xfce4 plugin packages, the
ditching of eclipse flavors, the splitting of nessus into subpackages,
the splitting of various other software documentations, some packaging bugs
in kdeedu, and a lot of files moving around...
