00286f20a6 Use glebius's fork which has a lot of improved code for kqueue support. Upstream
is too slow to respond for now.
Add a pkg-readme while here.

9a8b5ccd06 Change the shebang line from /bin/sh to /bin/ksh in all ports rc.d

0d0233e6d9 Add comment to minidlna config file suggesting use of uuid, based on part of
a diff from LEVAI Daniel.

Mention the name ReadyMedia in COMMENT/DESCR (the project name has changed
upstream; possibly this was done to avoid using the letters d l n and a in
the name; I have not changed PKGNAME at this time).
