468e026756 - use exact width data types for libfaad interaction 
- LIB_DEPENDS-faad libfaad >= 1.0
- bump PKGNAME-main and PKGNAME-${PLUGIN}
- remove unused PATCHLEVEL variable
- adjust WANTLIB-main and WANTLIB-gnome as per lib-depends-check
- sync patches with update-patches

c8e7231484 fix packaging issue to be able to proceed with tests. apparently, gnomevfs 
no longer pulls in bonobo, so pull it in manually through a LIB_DEPENDS.

62cb1cd563 big clean-up of gstreamer-plugins, allows a lot more plugins to compile 
correctly, fix build in lots of cases, since there is a HUGE number of
things gst will try to pick up.

fix the framework for MULTI_PACKAGES to not do insane stuff, and simplify
the main Makefile greatly.

Set up SHARED_ONLY.

Some more clean-up to do.
Someone will have to come up with descriptions and comments more accurate,
and do more plugins testing...

0031945c6e Fix a buglet in bsd.port.mk where the PSEUDO_FLAVORS get encoded into 
the FULLPKGPATH, thus providing changes to packing-lists which shouldn't
happen, and making update more difficult.

Accordingly, bump all pkgnames with PSEUDO_FLAVORS, and provide an
update @pkgpath for the bug for most of them (left out the ones with 3
or 4 pseudo flavors for space constraints...)

7a0f632974 depend on any version of lame that's installed but prefer the no_x11 
FLAVOR for new installs

this gives bulk builders a slightly better chance to not get conflicts
