this won't run on macppc anytime soon since the huge executable's .text

size exceeds MAXTSIZ on macppc so remove powerpc from ONLY_FOR_ARCHS.

o adds support for 16-line DHU/DHV interfaces (vh). Checked on
RSX-11M-PLUS 4.0 w/ 4 DHx multiplexers.
