8cc91ea825 Follow symlinks for libraries as well. 
Package has been unusable since its import.
Does anybody use these things ?

f33abbf72f Import of nspr-4.4.1 
Netscape Portable Runtime (NSPR) provides a platform-neutral
API for system level and libc like functions. The API is used
in the Mozilla client, many of Netscape/AOL/iPlanet's and other
software offerings.

i386-only for now.
