44857b2db6 bump apache modules, since mod_headers in base httpd was updated.

3d9f13534b bump PKGNAMEs, the httpd abi changed, resulting in segfaults after
updating httpd until newly-built packages are installed.

f1e7eab840 those packages have not changed names since 3.6, even though their
packing-lists was changes in significant ways, and they do not have
enough dependencies that pkg_add can detect they changed through their
signature.

Bump the pkgname, so that pkg_add -r will choose to update them.

7b94877361 Import mod_text2html 1.0.

mod_text2html is an Apache module.  It is written in C and was
designed to replace Apache's internal text/plain handler.
