04a7186835 The _sha256 and _sha512 modules are not built when Python is built 
against OpenSSL 0.9.8 as it includes support for these hashes directly.
Bump pkgname.

9c0d3edd18 Drop maintainership. 
If you have to work on ghc-HEAD but can't get the ghc-HEAD souces, there's
no point to work on it at all.
If you complain about missing portability, and all those Haskell guys agree,
but at the same time delay bootstrapping to the next release whenever a
release happens, there's no expectation for getting bootstrapping back at
all.

0ffeb6ec02 adapt the C++ fix for C99 math functions, and bump c++ pkgname: 
don't undefine C99 math macros, if !_GLIBCPP_USE_C99, so that we
can use these functions in C++.

1dc7873634 Prepend MODPY_* variables in SUBST_VARS. 
Previously, when eg MODPY_VERSION is a substring of a variable added
to SUBST_VARS in a port's Makefile, pain on update-plist can ensue.
Makes updates on www/py-django more fun. Tests and feedback from
merdely@ and Darrin Chandler; thanks!

e26775f9fe - remove support for MODGNOME_DEVHELP_FILES from the gnome MODULE ; 
it makes more sense to add devhelp as run_depends for gnome-session and
leave it to the user to install it manually for other packages

dcadf2e32d embedded common lisp, appears to work on at least i386 and macppc, 
which is a good reason to import it (since every other lisp we have
works only on i386, and flakily to boot)

63e0f5b5e8 import vala 0.3.1 
Vala is a new programming language that aims to bring modern programming
language features to GNOME developers without imposing any additional
runtime requirements and without using a different ABI compared to
applications and libraries written in C.

valac, the Vala compiler, is a self-hosting compiler that translates
Vala source code into C source and header files. It uses the GObject
type system to create classes and interfaces declared in the Vala source
code. It's also planned to generate GIDL files when gobject-
introspection is ready.

e630dc9a9c Use the --skip-dependencies option with 'gem install' if GEM_SKIPDEPENDS 
is defined in the port Makefile.

i.e. 'GEM_SKIPDEPENDS= hoe cgi_multipart_eof_fix'

This will install the gem port into the fake area even if the hoe and
cgi_multipart_eof_fix gems aren't installed.

efea454f2b Unbreak for amd64. Noticed, suggested and ok, steven@. 
Zap a -O3 from packages/semweb and honor our CFLAGS instead (also
noticed by steven@). No ok (or any feedback at all) for this. But I'm
pretty sure it doesn't break *%&$#@

NOTE: this needs current -src, in particular current includes
for libgfortran to build correctly (semantics change in __extern inline

095670b78e update to 5.6.27. We lose the sgml package temporarily (wide-chars), 
but we gain sparc64 support ! seems the fixes for win64 also fixed
our problems.

Add a few SUBST variables to simplify packing-list comparisons.

58d761b343 Update to ocaml-3.09.3, mainly bugfixes (no language changes). 
Also modify ocaml.port.mk to depend on the exact version of ocaml being
compiled against, since the OCaml library format makes no guarantees about
working across versions.  This dependency should ensure that packages compiled
against different ocaml versions aren't mixed and matched.
