Once upon a time reviewed by espie@.
Reported to be unstable with LessTif, fine with OpenMotif.

Half-fix xmcd.

Now, it configures AFTER the package installation.
All it needs is someone to look at the ioctl and find out what OpenBSD
is supposed to do.

- use new CONFIGURE_STYLE
- use PLIST/DESCR substitution to add HOMEPAGE and various fragments
- add systematic @comment $OpenBSD$ to PLIST
- remove FAKE=Yes
