0ad0a1a16e libkrb5 exports base64_decode and base64_encode (which appear to only be 
needed internally), these conflict with symbols in dovecot's internal shared
library, causing the wrong version of the functions to be used in some cases.

Since we are in userland ABI API lock we cannot clean libkrb5 at present
so make a nasty workaround by statically linking the affected binaries with
libdovecot so the correct symbols take priority.

Fixes crashes I hit in doveadm and potentially some auth mechanisms.

818cde702f Comma at end of enumerator list is not valid in c++ (and errors out when 
using -pedantic), and some c++ code (like, mozilla) might use libnotify.

The improvements to the master/slave engine in 2.9.22.5 contained one
   serious bug that can cause crashes on busy setups. 2.9.22.6 fixes this
   crash.

c9423137fd - update MAINTAINER address 
- Add a -shm FLAVOR in addition to the default (mmap), and indicate
the difference in DESCR (requested by sthen@)
- Make the MESSAGE's instructions true by @sample'ing the module's ini
file so it exists (reported by "f5b" and Glen Searle, thanks)
- simplify by making better use of the lang/php MODULE

441a463737 Use sndio volume knob if available (consumes less CPU), rather than 
chaining two soft volume knobs. Stop audio during pause to consume
less CPU. Honour AOPLAY_FINAL_CHUNK flag which fixes playback of very
short files.

b4ec42cb45 dmtx-utils requires ImageMagick-*-!no_x11; mark in LIB_DEPENDS, but this 
conflicts in bulk, so disable in graphics/Makefile for now (nothing depends

be59426cab - bump libestdc++ following the bump in gcc 4.2 
- deal with ldconfig shitz being run at fake install everywhere
- fix sprintf/strcpy usage in libestdc++ so we don't get a warning every time
  we compile a C++ program
