Security Fix
This version fixes a buffer overflow with the rarely used
option 'progress=2' (triggered by long attachment names),
and some other buffer overflows, disables the "mail" program
by default.
Fixes a segfault with headers encoded as quoted printable,
fixes an expires option to work in incremental mode, and adds
delete_older and delete_newer options to limit archive by date.

format and generates a set of cross-referenced HTML documents. Each file that
is created represents a separate message in the mail archive and contains
links to other articles, so that the entire archive can be browsed in a
number of ways by following links. Archives generated by Hypermail can be
incrementally updated, and Hypermail is set by default to only update
archives when changes are detected.
