C++ templates, though not libgmpxx.
Split off the C++ support into a separate cxx subpackage. Add a
no_cxx bootstrap flavor and use it for the dependency chain up to
lang/gcc/4.9 in order to allow bootstrapping a C++ compiler from
ports.
Based on work by sthen@, tweaks by espie@.
arbitrarily high precision and correct rounding of the result.
It is built upon and follows the same principles as Mpfr.
Imported with a PKGNAME of libmpc so as not to conflict with audio/mpc.
