emacs23,-no_x11 depends on dbus too, pointed out by "jirib", and remove
...
eric@ as maintainer (copied from emacs22 port when emacs23 was imported).
Typo in my first diff pointed out aja@, ok eric@.
(for the record, I don't use this, my fingers are incompatible).
