- configure default fonts rendering

- for ftp transfers, dillo relies on wget; add run_depends on it
(maintainer is actually working on making use of ftp(1) instead, thanks to
kili@'s suggestion; but for now we need ftp working)

- major upgrade to dillo 2.0
...
it now uses the fltk2 toolkit instead of gtk1
add a patch to fix accessing websites that have ipv6 addr while you don't

Initial import of www/dillo

Dillo is a graphical web browser that's completely written in C,
very fast, small in code and binary. It basically depends on GTK+,
and renders a good subset of HTML, frames are managed same as lynx,
no jvm, no javascript.
