- USE_MOTIF sneaked in from kdebase2... No need for it.
- pixie plugins depend on dlopen recursively grabbing libraries...
doesn't work for us, so link the plugins with the library.

kde graphics2, initial port.
Compiles mostly as is.
Needs a configure tweak so it won't find any pthreads, until this
is changed to work with pthreads.
