- add a e17.port.mk module handling RUN_DEPENDS for icon cache,

desktop db, mime info db updates and removal of .la files in
modules.
- add exec/unexec-delete goo for update-desktop-database in e17/e
- bump REVISIONs accordingly due to changed PLISTs
