Chai provides a very easy to use API for mocking, stubbing, and spying your
Python objects. This module is modelled after the ruby library Mocha.

f1cb67fa81 Add MODGCC4_LIBDEP to LIB_DEPENDS-cxx (by default it's only added to 
LIB_DEPENDS), as is done with other multipackage ports using gcc4.
Unbreaks "non-bootstrap" build on base=gcc arches. Discussed with
landry@ naddy@

82187d36a5 From upstream: 
- [mips] Prevent PIC to be set to level 2
- [mips] Improve handling of -fno-[pic/PIC] option
- [PowerPC] Set the default PLT mode on OpenBSD/powerpc to Secure PLT.

- Remove PowerPC -nopie workaround
- Add workaround to PowerPC to only build the PowerPC backend as a means
  of reducing the code size
- Enable building on PowerPC

999023e0de Garbage-collect AES enable parts in the silc-toolkit port; as naddy@ 
points out this actually has "Don't enable ASM AES with shared libs as
the code doesn't support PIC" (i.e. if shared-libraries are enabled,
which they are, it doesn't attempt to build this at all).

8b871003b1 Prefer ports-gcc over ports-clang, ports-clang is a joke on exotic archs. 
Had this in my tree on sparc64 for some time.. and probably macppc too.

e66808d284 Disable libcc1. We don't have gdb for riscv, so it serves no purpose, 
and it conflicts with devel/avr/gcc and lang/gcc/6.

1075abd7f8 Import Arduino-Makefile 1.6.0, a cross-platform solution to 
compiling Arduino code without the GUI that we won't have to
maintain ourselves anymore.

This replaces the custom Makefile we used to ship in the
devel/arduino port.

69309a6580 Update Arduino to 1.8.7, incorporating now-separate 
ArduinoCore-avr-1.6.23

Still no GUI, but this updates the core libraries to much newer
versions.

Remove custom Makefile template as a new port of Arduino-Makefile
will be coming.

No objections from the few Arduino users that provided feedback.
