351d5e4b4b Import Geo::IP 1.23. 
Submitted by Holger Mauermann <holger@mauermann.org>.

This module can be used to automatically select the geographically closest
mirror, to analyze your web server logs to determine the countries of your
visitors, for credit card fraud detection, and for software export controls.

12046a279b GRE support no longer requires re-compilation of the kernel. 
Modified README.OpenBSD to show this.  Enabled with @sysctl.

97022b61ca Initial import of p5-Net-CIDR-Lite-0.15 
Faster alternative to Net::CIDR when merging a large number of CIDR
address ranges. Works for IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

88d6486e1f Initial import of p5-Net-CIDR-0.10 
The Net::CIDR package contains functions that manipulate lists of IP
netblocks expressed in CIDR notation. The Net::CIDR functions handle
both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

5dd66f97d6 Update to 0.24.17. Changes in this release: 
* Improve robustness. (client/server)
  Make more friendly to userlevel POSIX thread libraries.
* Improve performance parsing rcsfile(5) based files.
* When -u/-g is specified, drop privileges completely. (server)
