e76bc8752a - unbreak build on OpenBSD 4,
- do not compile in code for functions which we already have in libc,
- bump PKGNAME

af1ac06418 update to oidentd 2.0.5
as all "/etc" should be substituted by ${SYSCONFDIR}, do this directly

033ece49b6 Import of oidentd-2.0.3, maintained by Jolan Luff <jolan@encryptedmail.net>
Oidentd is a highly flexible replacement for the standard ident. 
It is capable of providing custom responses to ident requests and
also has nat support for pf-based OpenBSD.
