Switch desmume to the gcc4 module.
...
GCC 4.2 does a poor job of optimizing desmume's ARM JIT. With
GCC 4.9 the desmume executables shrink from over 500 MB each to
less than 5 MB.

Import emulators/desmume.

DeSmuME is a Nintendo DS emulator.
It supports many homebrew NDS rom demos as well as a handful of wireless
multiboot demo NDS roms. It also runs DSLinux, the port of Linux to the
Nintendo DS.
