4c8a9cb2ba Multi-package pine. 
This leads to three packages:
pine, pine+pico, pico

Note that pine does not depend on pico, since it links with the static
libpico library.

The old pine package corresponds to the newer pine+pico package.

2d6babc490 Clean up patches. Make this look like an OpenBSD port (no compressed 
manpage, no use of /usr/local/etc).

Don't try at an INSTALL script yet, as the steps needed are numerous.

66b2a87c73 fix the build problem: add -idirafter ${PREFIX}/usr/include/g++ to 
CLFAGS because /usr/share/mk/bsd.sys.mk adds -nostdinc -idirafter
${PREFIX}/usr/include when PREFIX defined. But for C++ we also need
/usr/include/g++.

72a2de89f6 pre-fetch should mention this is a bsdos binary. 
This is broken anyway, the unregistered version has expired, and
there does not seem to be any newer BSDos binary.

Wondering whether this port is a good idea...

2d478c90ec - upgrade BSD/OS binary to 4.75 of Netscape Communicator/Navigator 
- remove the SunOS binary, unfortunately Netscape has dropped support for
SunOS and this old binary has quite a few security issues. I don't see it
fit to be included in the tree anymore at any cost.
