There'l be more of this, including some ports where a
RUN_DEPENDS=${BUILD_DEPENDS} really causes wrong runtime
dependencies.

update DBIx-Class, and pull in some needed changes for dependent packages.
...
activate the related stuff that needs new Algorithm::C3 too.
Note that new Algorithm::C3 and its cache is ways faster than the old one.
DBIx::Class comes somewhat of age: some of its subclasses have been split
into other packages accordingly.
asked maintainer, no answer yet... and no breakage...

This is pragma to change Perl 5's standard method resolution order from
depth-first left-to-right (a.k.a - pre-order) to the more sophisticated
C3 method resolution order.
