Adjust the fetchmailconf wrapper to check ${MODPY_BIN} rather than
...
/usr/local/bin/python. Also check that python-tkinter is installed.
From Pascal Stumpf with tweaks from me.
(Python + tkinter aren't RUN_DEPENDs as many fetchmail installations
don't use this and it's a heavy dependency chain).

- Move old kerberosIV flavor to kerberos4.
- Add kerberosV support via kerberos5 flavor.
KerberosV support is not really tested. I'm not sure if that diff is
100% correct, so I'm gonna hold a bit to submit it. Please test.

Update to release 5.2.0. Use INSTALL_DATA_DIR.

MAKE_EBONES -> WITH_KERBEROS. Add ssl support via WITH_SSL.
Still to merge some changes brad@ sent me.
Note: if ssl is enabled, it'll compile, but ssl will not be
actually included. Patches sent again to author, sigh, sigh.
Don't even think in enabling inet6 yet.
