2076092868 Move py-natsort to python3 FLAVOR instead of MODPY_DEFAULT_VERSION.
Because sysutils/py-croniter depends on py-natsort,python3 which did not
exist.

2b4fe9bd48 Make it possible to install both the unflavored and python3 flavored
versions of this package by appending ${MODPY_BIN_SUFFIX} to natsort.

natsort provides a function natsorted that helps sort lists 'naturally'
('naturally' is rather ill-defined, but in general it means sorting
based on meaning and not computer code point).
