e366caf917 Update OpenBSD KDE5 universe. 
- Update KDE Frameworks to 5.51.0
-- Change examples handling and use @sample for all of them. Idea by
   ajacoutot@. Discussed with ajacoutot@,sthen@,naddy@.

- Update our KDE Applications to 18.08.2.
-- Nothing special except okteta. They use there own version pattern
   now. I set EPOCH.

- Update all devel/kf5 consumers there are effected by the examples handling.

-- yakuake

Include headers from quazip5 and not quazip.

054f22e19b Update to ImageMagick 6.9.10-10 including various fixes for bugs found by 
OSS Fuzz.

Disable ghostscript-based coders in the default config file (policy.xml)
following suggestion in http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2018/08/21/2
If you're using an edited config file or using ImageMagick in chroot, you may
want to consider following suit.
