Disable gcjwebplugin, it's unmaintained upstream, uses xulrunner 1.8, is
...
not convertible to 1.9, etc etc. While here remove MAINTAINER per his
request, update licence marker, fix depends and use REVISION.
No cries of despair on ports@

- add RUN_DEPENDS on gcj
- adjust JAVA var to point to egij so the scripts work when installed
