04989c1ad2 Update to 1.0.7:
- New elvi: freebsd, openbsd, filesearching, ftpfind
- Updated elvi: translate (babelfish), ftpsearch, fast, netbsd
- Rename linuxdoc elvi to slinuxdoc, to prevent name clash with sgmltools

a205288c8c Update to 1.0.5:
* Fix wayward indentation introduced in 1.0.4 which caused -browser
  to fail.
* Note that SURFRAW_browser was made obsolete in 1.0.4.
  SURFRAW_text_browser and SURFRAW_graphical_browser replace its
  functionality.
* State extra clearly the format of ~/.surfraw.conf.

c535897a77 Initial import of surfraw 0.5.7.
Surfaw provides a fast unix command line interface to a variety of
popular WWW search engines.  Output is directed to a browser.
