Reliability enhancements for extreme busy servers. Restart terminated
child processes, gracefully terminate if libmilter gets an error (like
pthread_create() failing). Add -A command line option to scan a file present
in the filesystem.

sendmail wrapper ignores this flag; Postfix uses the value of
