3d4d40074f reinstate tinyca; this works again now that Perl is linked -lpthread
(note that xca has more, and more modern, options - but tinyca can be a
bit easier to get working)

efb660fbfe Initial import of tinyca
TinyCA is a simple graphical userinterface written in Perl/Gtk to manage
a small CA (Certification Authority).  TinyCA works as a frontend for
OpenSSL.

From maintainer Waldemar Brodkorb with some fixes by me
