for now forcefully disable the use of login capabilities. unfortunately
...
just because we have login_cap.h does not mean we actually have the
authentication part of login capabilities .... yet. fixes breakage on
-current systems.

Cleaner patch,
...
there is a stupid bug in aclocal.m4, which means that kde_libdir
is not set at the right point.
Once the bug is fixed, it's not necessary to patch configure further,
as this is a simple case that is covered by KDEDIR

It looks like this is the same program, so it would be better
to have kde depend on rman, probably.

Don't run kappfinder when first installing, as it screws the packaging.
Use kdelibs as a fake base, so that directories are properly recorded.
Fix PLIST.
