e96b81134c Update to mpd 0.20.18.

2d6a1f18d1 Use COMPILER = base-clang ports-gcc instead of base-clang ports-clang to 
unbreak macppc (and probably other exotic archs where clang is broken)

Note that an update to a newer version is pending and will probably get
commited next week.

9a8b5ccd06 Change the shebang line from /bin/sh to /bin/ksh in all ports rc.d 
daemon scripts and bump subpackages that contain the *.rc scripts.

435debb39e Two "bind_to_address" tweaks for mpd 
- listen on "localhost" instead of "127.0.0.1"; helps with "family
  inet6 inet4" in resolv.conf
- install /var/run/mpd in the rc script, and mention /var/run/mpd/socket
  in the example config (ncmpc can use it by default)

c16de91ce7 Update to mpd-0.20.5. 
mpd has sndio support now, disable libao output plugin.
Switch to clang.

9cdf3afc4a mpd already builds with ports gcc, now that the arm baseline is armv6k 
builtin atomics are available on arm and mpd builds so stop marking it
as BROKEN on arm.

f1c8e5a408 Now that --gc-sections has been disabled on powerpc (thanks jca@!), 
remove the hacks in ports to disable it locally. Those should build ootb
in the next-next bulk...

filter/ReplayGain: skip PcmVolume if a mixer is set

Previously, volume was applied twice: once by PcmVolume, and again by
the hardware mixer.
