08b35c5938 - add a note in MESSAGE about file locking so that people using plustek
backends can actually scan
- bump PKGNAME

f43edc19fa - fix build on macppc by using the correct define for a tmpnam(3) buffer

- remove "libtool --finish" which messed up the shared library directories
- remove obsolete mandir fix

f7f343abcf Import sane-backends 1.0.16
SANE stands for "Scanner Access Now Easy" and is an application
programming interface (API) that provides standardized access to any
raster image scanner hardware (flatbed scanner, hand-held scanner,
video- and still-cameras, frame-grabbers, etc.).
