d5c1f39165 Update to CUPS 1.2.4, which has lots of improvements over the old version
we had, like better support for foreign languages and the usual plethora
of bugfixes.

tested on various architectures and with various applications that use CUPS
as their printing system.  I verified that all ports that are depending on
CUPS still build.

5849606603 change default to use gnutls and add a no_gnutls flavor to use openssl
instead. this solves the crashes seen when trying to print under firefox
and other mozilla software.  print works now folks!
discussed with and ok by kurt@ and mbalmer@.

7d24d44001 Add a patch from Antti Harri (iku at openbsd dot fi) to prevent cups
from inadvertently shut down OpenBSD and bump the package name.

web interface, talk where to find ppd drivers and bump package.
