Remove SHARED_ONLY from all CPAN Perl ports and the cpan and perl MODULES.
...
Add WANTLIB+=perl and PKG_ARCH=* as appropriate.

XML::RPC module provides simple Pure Perl methods for XML-RPC
communication. It's goals are simplicity and flexibility. XML::RPC
uses XML::TreePP for parsing.
