jeremy	03f960d5d6	Import dbic++ 0.4.1, dependency of ruby-swift dbic++ is a database client library written in C++ which comes with support for PostgreSQL and MySQL. dbic++ is a database client library written in C++ which comes with
support for PostgreSQL and MySQL. It's main features are:
* Simple API to maximize cross database support.
