* this disables a bunch of standalone programs that need latest gstreamer. but
similar functionality is implimented elsewhere...so we don't care too much

- first pass at cleaning rarian/scrollkeeper handling

remove rarian-sk-update from PLIST ; it is only a wrapper that does
noting: librarian takes care of everything now.
