7f3f16eff8 Update to migrationtools-47, patch to adapt to our aliases file location, 
and handle our master.passwd format - from viq

@sample the migrate_common.ph file which you are supposed to configure,
to avoid conflicts.

The MigrationTools are a set of Perl scripts for migrating users,
groups, aliases, hosts, netgroups, networks, protocols, RPCs, and
services from existing nameservices (flat files, NIS, and NetInfo)
to LDAP.
