45f3b82848 set PERMIT_PACKAGE_* to Yes as the license doesn't forbid or restrict distribution 
in a way that would warrant it. wether it's usefull to be have bootstrap package
built is another question, but not to be answered with PERMIT_PACKAGE_*

c5bf013064 Remove SVK; it doesn't build with perl 5.18, and developed stopped upstream

SVK was released before Git and Mercurial were conceived. Its use
of Subversion's APIs hasn't been updated beyond Subversion 1.4 which
is ancient by today's standards.
There are migration paths towards Subversion 1.8 and to Git/Mercurial.

4191b0c799 as pointed by Stuart, it's better to drop ONLY_FOR_ARCHS here as it already contains 
(almost) every single architecture we support. If something is not supported it's a
good incentive to fix it.

This module, kyua-testers, provides scriptable interfaces to interact
with test programs of various kinds.  The interface of such testers
allows the caller to execute a single test case of a single test program
in a controlled and homogeneous manner.

Kyua (pronounced Q.A.) is a testing framework for both developers and
users. Kyua is different from most other testing frameworks in that it
puts the end user experience before anything else. There are multiple
reasons for users to run the tests themselves, and Kyua ensures that
they can do so in the most convenient way.

Lutok provides thin C++ wrappers around the Lua C API to easy the
interaction between C++ and Lua.  These wrappers make intensive use of
RAII to prevent resource leakage, expose C++-friendly data types, report
errors by means of exceptions and ensure that the Lua stack is always
left untouched in the face of errors. The library also provides a small
subset of miscellaneous utility functions built on top of the wrappers.

6ec6c531cc This patch is still needed after all for the old gstreamer plugins-base.

0a18bf91e4 Recently, pango changed its cache directory from /etc/pango to 
/usr/local/lib/pango/... which resulted in pangox not being able to
store pangox.aliases under the non existent /etc/pango directory -- so
@sample it to make sure it's there.

a7f099b030 Upon startup Jenkins explodes it's war for serving static files such as 
javascript/css/images into /tmp. However this directory may get cleaned
over time and if the Jenkins process gets these files wiped from underneath
itself the web interfaces is completely thrashed.
So move these files to /var/cache/jenkins for now; there are various
upstream tickets about this but no update is provided which addresses this
issue.

note: jenkins-1.509.x is not affected but gets bumped as the rc script
is shared between the two packages.

170b312876 perl can actually map ALL back references to ALL variables. 
figure out WHAT doesn't allow your data to die (especially that pesky capture
in an anonymous sub).  Again very useful in tracking down memory usage in
pkg_add

0b4ca0c81e fix build following network header changes 
note that this hasn't been updated since import in 2004 and seems un-
maintained upstream, so is a candidate for removal (especially if there
are any difficult changes in base) if nobody speaks up
