4a93435b7d lame support 
Somewhat sneaky: link against a `stub' lame library so that the dependency
is a build dependency.

This allows us to put a lame-enabled kdebase on the CD: it will refer to
the stub library by default. When you grab a newer lame, it will have
a higher minor number, and be used instead (this is the old ssl/crypto
trick).

d412916b3b - USE_MOTIF sneaked in from kdebase2... No need for it. 
- pixie plugins depend on dlopen recursively grabbing libraries...
doesn't work for us, so link the plugins with the library.

153be3513b same fixes as libs2. 
Plus:
- do the login/logout in konsole_grantpty. It's just a question of opening
the tty slave so that login() won't get confused.

f2d3f33a01 Some brute-force fixes. 
- insist on using pass_all systematically everywhere on OpenBSD.
libtool can't be trusted with that, the darn stupid thing wants a shared
libgcc half the time.
- acknowledge that build won't even work without shared libraries. There
are symbol collisions all over the place.
- disable debugging messages, so that the result looks sane.
- remove the konsole kludge, it didn't work anyways, and I figured out how
to do it from konsole_grantpty.
- insist on using zsh in sh compatibility mode instead of our somewhat
buggy ksh.
